CHELSEA GRAYS Looking for Fashion Designer Assistant at New York, NY Full Time

Work under fashion designers and other professionals, mainly providing support with administrative tasks and other duties that are essential for the business.

Help prepare fashion shows, photoshoots, and launches by assisting with set designs, coordinating with models, preparing wardrobes, and liaising for staff, suppliers, and other people involved. May also perform tasks that are unrelated to fashion but are nevertheless important, such as managing correspondence, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing reports and presentations, and accomplishing miscellaneous tasks that their manager assigns.

Fashion Designer Assistant Responsibilities: .

• Managing filing systems

• Networking.

• Recording information as needed.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

• Helping organize and maintain calendar.

• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

• Coordinating events as necessary.

• Maintaining supply inventory.

• Experience as a virtual assistant.

• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Fashion Designer Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate’s degree.

• Experience managing and organizing schedules.

• Warm personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

• Great communication skills.
