PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To assist the Customer Fulfillment Manager and Customer Service Team with administrative tasks to ensure efficiency, speed and accuracy within the department. Devote full time to the business and affairs of Chase Plastic Services, Inc., and to use your best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to you. Responsible for providing friendly, high quality service to all team members through the effective management of responsibilities assigned to you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Predictable and dependable attendance is required.
- Provide administrative support to the collective Customer Service Team
- Auditing of Sales Orders for accuracy using F10 window
- Blue Folder Portal Review for all orders/SSs following detailed CS Work Instructions
- Processing of Pick Tickets for both Today?s and Tomorrow? shipments
- Order Confirmation processing
- Processing of samples baggie orders from Clarkston
- Metric Administration as directed by Customer Fulfillment Manager
- Including but not limited to; Lean Tracking, OTD, Accuracy, Lean Savings, etc.
- Back-up for Outbound Certifications role as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying new productivity improvements within your role and department
- Serve as a customer advocate within the company to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in Team Meetings including the Proactive Customer Service Meetings
- Special projects/tasks assigned by Customer Fulfillment Manager as required to meet the needs of customers
