We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Social Media & Digital Platform Lead to develop and oversee the execution of our digital media strategies, as well as run the day-to-day operations and lead the marketing and communications teams on digital media.

As a Social Media & Digital Platform Lead at Chanel Thailand, you will report directly to Media and Digital Communications Manager and work very closely with our Media Agency. You will be responsible for our digital media budget, and will be expected to set campaign objectives and KPIs and monitor the performance of our digital media initiatives.

You will work closely with the Global and Regional team to determine the right platforms for different types of content, spearhead paid advertising, manage content production, and fine-tune ongoing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness demonstrating CHANEL difference.

Our ideal candidate for this role is an experienced digital media specialist with a strong background in paid advertising & social media with strong collaboration and communications skills. You must also possess excellent creative skills and be able to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Social Media & Digital Platform Lead – Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage 3 division’s (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry and Fragrance & Beauty) digital media campaign planning
• Develop and oversee the implementation of digital media strategies that improve brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
• Supervise and work hand in hand with media agency to establish priorities and set campaign objectives, budget, and relevant KPIs
• Work closely with Global / Regional team to push scheduled posts per Global Media guideline.
• Define and lead digital platform projects under clear platform governance and guideline to the stakeholders and external partners (e.g. brand identity, platform policy, tagging definition, data collection and more)

Social Media & Digital Platform Lead – requirement

• 5+ years of experience in a senior role related to digital media/digital marketing
• Proven experience in social media and paid advertising
• Deep understanding of analytics and data visualization tools (such as Google Analytics)
• In depth knowledge of using various social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn and OTV)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality results
• Capacity to lead, understand, and support diverse remote teams and resolve team-related issues
