The VP Operations will be responsible for all Divisional operational functions and for driving strategic initiatives. He/She will serve as a strategic and key business partner to the President of the Division and the COO. The major focus for this role will be analyzing existing business operations and determining opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies, and centralizing certain functions.
The VP, Operations will support the growth objectives of the Division both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a robust operational platform.
