Center Point Energy is looking for a JMarketing & Sales Program Development Manager to join our Team, located in Houston, TX or Minneapolis, MN.
You will have the ability to lead the home service marketing team to achieve higher customer engagement and satisfaction through product and services attachments that satisfy revenue and customer growth objectives and operational savings objectives through the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while enhancing the customer’s journey.

To be successful in this role you will:
Your background includes:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
Eight (8) years of marketing experience to include strategic marketing, marketing plan development and execution. campaign management, project management, development/ implementation/measurement of marketing and promotional plans, formal and informal team leadership and internal and external communications.
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Experience in e-commerce and e-bill strategy development and campaign execution.

Moderate level understanding of traditional and digital marketing principals and how to apply them in the development and execution of promotional plans.
Able to utilize social media marketing to drive awareness and lead generation, integrate email and social platforms and use tools to track engagement across platforms.
Able to share knowledge of social media / digital marketing best practices, skills, tools and trends.
Able to listen carefully to understand various points of view, find common ground, build consensus and gain cooperation.
Moderate level understanding of market research principals and application of research findings.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and to prioritize according to business needs.
Able to demonstrate track record of successful self-management, goal achievement and information sharing in a team environment is essential.
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage marketing budgets.
Comprehensive knowledge of retail industry and/or business-to-consumer marketing is desirable. Energy industry knowledge is a plus.
