School Staffing Recruiter

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, ambitious, hardworking, self-starting and go-getter regional recruiter to recruit therapists and teachers and place them in school districts. General Duties:

• Executes a recruitment strategy in order to build pipelines of internal and external candidates; source qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using online platforms, social media, networking, job fairs, recruitment events, email campaigns, calls, job postings and employee referrals.
• Qualify, screen, and prep candidates for client interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Write and post compelling job orders.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
• Partner with school districts to fulfill open roles.
• Checks-in regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless interview and hiring processes.
• Maintains accurate recruitment data
• Keeps current on Talent philosophies and approaches and integrates best practices.
• Follows the operating procedures on recruitment best practices for the agency.
• Consistently perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates i.e. attend trade shows such as ASHA, CSHA and others upon request.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Job Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of job-related experience in recruiting, sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Experience Industry: Education & Healthcare
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Crelete is preferred.
• Track record of or proven ability to excel in a home-based or remote environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, Linkedin, and Word.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Ability to provide effective written and spoken communication with clients and candidates.

Compensation:

• We offer competitive compensation. Our compensation consists of a generous monthly payment and commission structure. Successful commission-based Recruiters can make up to $150,000 per year while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
• This position is 1099 paid.
