CEI is currently looking for laborers to perform general, skilled and unskilled construction related activities related to heavy civil construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

CEI is currently looking for laborers to perform general, skilled and unskilled construction related activities related to heavy civil construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

· Tend pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power to the jobsite.

· Mix ingredients to create compounds used to cover or clean surfaces.

· Load and unload trucks and haul materials.

· Erect temporary structures.

· Measure distances for areas to be graded, or on which to erect structures.

· Position, join, and seal structural compounds.

· Operate hand and power tools.

· Haul and move materials around the jobsite.

· Strip forms.

· Shovel and rake asphalt, concrete and dirt.

· Mix cement and pour man hole bases.

· Load or unload – trucks, trailers etc.

· Help skilled tradesman when required

· Assist in cutting concrete.

· Line and plumb columns, wall after pouring

· Stack materials to keep worksite neat and orderly.

· Supplies own tools such as tape measures, gloves etc.

· Housekeeping of all Trailers, Trucks and Jobsites worked on.

· Covers concrete and sub grade as needed.

· Participates in Pre Task Planning meeting, Stretch and Bend, and Tool Box Safety meetings.
