* Oversees recruitment efforts for all open positions, including sourcing, applicant screening, and scheduling interviews.
* Utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards to post current job openings/available positions, update job descriptions/postings as needed, and remove after the selection process is finalized; also monitors all candidate activity.
* Conducts preliminary interviews, assesses candidates’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, and experience.
* Works with external recruiting agencies for various hiring needs.
* Coordinates all stages of the interview process and sends timely applicant/candidate follow-up correspondence.
* Collaborates with department managers to develop job descriptions and specifications, implement technical assessments, and identify improvements/modifications where needed
* Creates candidate pipelines in ATS, and collaborates with colleagues across the company to deliver smooth recruitment processes.
Pre-Onboarding & Offboarding Assistance
* Helps facilitate pre-employment screenings.
* Assists and assigns all onboarding and offboarding tasks to SME.
* Schedules new hire orientation meetings and prepares new hire materials (i.e., desk setup, two-week onboarding schedule, technology requests, etc.).
* Manages content on the Rippling landing page and upload of templates.
* Creates Human Resources forms, templates, and presentation materials.
Team Building Support & Coordination
* Assists with planning and coordinating special events and initiatives as requested.
* Helps schedule, prepare, and host all employee events.
Miscellaneous
* Produces and analyzes a variety of reports.
* Maintains HRIS data, conducting regular audits and process reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completion of changes/request.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience as an administrative professional, with a heavy emphasis on hedge fund, private equity, or wealth management industry.
* Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent work in a very fast-paced environment.
* Creative problem solver who can work in ambiguity.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
* Ability to take the initiative and seek continual improvement on processes.
* Proactively suggest improvements when opportunities are recognized.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
