Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Process Manager as a subject matter authority, will deliver operational excellence to Cargill in the key areas of Transportation & Logistics Deliver Processes. The successful candidate will also drive a continuous program of change for the sustainable improvement of these processes to Cargill. This is a Global role and will have significant influence across the entire Deliver organization and its stakeholders. The position plays an active role within the Cargill Transportation and Logistics and the Cargill businesses.
We seek an experienced to drive global process standardization through implementation of the Global Process Framework/Service Catalog that is informed by best practices in the industry.
Lead Global process design, Process delivery model in terms of optimal placement, Ensure availability and compliance of policies & controls, Define effective performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in related areas.
Accountable for the design and deployment of standard global processes, policies and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceeds service level agreements.
Establish performance, process, cost, time and quality metrics based on internal targets and external benchmarks and develop a plan on how current processed need to change so that CTL processes deliver top results for Deliver processes.
Support internal control design, facilitate audit readiness, management of risk, knowledge management, performance and target setting.
Partner with the Deliver Global Implementation Lead to ensure alignment of global processes when new Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other supporting systems are being deployed.
Partner with the Deliver Global Data & Analytics Lead to ensure alignment of global data standards and governance when changes are being made.
Review Continuous Improvement projects portfolio to ensure that they are in alignment with the Global process design for Deliver processes, controls and procedures; Drive innovation in the process by looking at opportunities to increase adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), use of the Data Lake, and other next generation tools.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Master of Business Administration from an institute of repute
Experience in transformational projects, preferably the transformation of transportation and logistics
Approximately 10+ years of experience working in a large scale global organization with a robust Transportation & Logistics organization
Strong process experience in one or more of the following areas: Freight Sourcing, Contract Management, Real Estate, Shipment Execution, Data Management, and/or Freight Payables
Experience in deployment of integrated technology solutions, such as SAP or other Transportation Management Systems or related technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization delivering recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required given diverse nature of operating landscape
Proven track record of talent development, building and empowering diverse teams
This position can be based in Wayzata, MN, or Wichita, KS.
