Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Screens potential candidate resumes and schedules interviews with key members of the onboarding team.
• Partners with the senior leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to build and enhance job profiles
• Manage recruitment firms and channels in use at Company and incorporate additional avenues for recruitment if applicable.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organizations compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to Sr. Leadership Team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Manage and enhance the annual performance review process
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related field
• 5+ years performing similar job duties for a manufacturing based company
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to review and validate engagement agreements and contracts with recruitment firms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite and or Google Workspace
• Experience with HRIS software such as ADP or Paylocity
• Demonstrated experience using social media channels to enhance sourcing outcomes
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
