About the Role
The Human Resource Generalist assists with the daily functions of the Human Resources department including conducting investigations, preparing employee documentation, hiring, and interviewing staff, administering benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices. Working for a large insurance organization, you help shape the corporate HR function, making an impact as the organization quickly grows into multiple states and adds employees organically as well as through mergers & acquisitions.
