Competitive pay $95-$110 per day or $570-$660 per week

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for supervising and supporting Arts and Crafts, Camp Craft, Nature, and Weavery meadow program specialists and the program areas they maintain. This includes ensuring programming is well-planned, delivered, and appropriate for the age and ability of the campers. In addition, this position will support the planning and facilitating of camp from pre-camp training through the duration of the camping session in coordination with the Program Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the Arts & Craft specialist, Camp Craft specialist, Nature specialist, and Weavery Specialist. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching employees on performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Prior to June 2022, must be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s card, First Aid & CPR certification and complete the Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse online training module. https://occd.educadium.com/ Additional certifications may be required to see specific job description for applicable certifications.
