The Designer of Content Creation is responsible for the on-brand execution of multi-channel creative that sparks inspiration and engagement with worldwide audiences.
This collaborative team member will deliver world class multi-channel digital-first Fashion / Lifestyle content for digital and retail experiences, spanning social content concepts, on-product marketing, package design, in-store point-of-sale materials and the roll out of mechanical deliveries for retail and out of home campaigns.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Execute the creative vision and design aesthetic for branded content across all channels guided by Global Creative leadership
Create hangtags, packaging, in-store materials, advertising layouts and other collateral advertising
Be a positive force in moving projects forward while working across multiple timelines
Act as design liaison between cross-functional teams as needed
Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms
Bring inventive and on-brand editorial concepts to life across digital executions, occasionally working with copywriters and video editors
Work with Social Media team to create assets and content for social media platforms
Help build out digital-first, mobile-first campaign content libraries for ongoing “always on” content informed by consumer insights and seasonal campaign themes
Continuously develop knowledge regarding new design trends, innovation in the creative field, customer experiences and technology
Be informed in pop culture, and an energetic collaborator in content brainstorms as a critical support partner to art directors and the overall creative team
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years professional experience with design agency or studio experience
In-house and fashion experience, a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Communications or related concentration preferred.
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
Sketch is a plus
Understanding of latest digital trends, desktop and mobile-first content is a must
Great compositional and typographical skills
Strong in communicating ideas with teams
Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams
Proficiency in video or motion graphics programs, storyboarding and content creation a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
