MAINTENANCE MECHAINIC (FAB CREW) LEAD

Summary Description:
Perform routine and emergency repair work to equipment and machinery. Assure operations
meet production requirements and quality specifications. Lead Person must be able to perform all jobs in
his/her assigned area of responsibility in accordance with plant POG procedures. Lead Person will have
knowledge of the company policies and procedures. Perform all assigned tasks while ensuring safety
quality and productivity.
Essential Job Functions / Duties:
* Perform all duties in a safe manner consistent with company Policy & Procedures and safety
training.
* Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
* Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Perform general labor duties as assigned or needed by management.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
* Perform emergency repairs as needed.
* Monitor and inspect equipment / machinery for mechanical soundness and make required and
necessary repairs.
* Perform preventive maintenance.
* Perform all job functions consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating
Procedures, HACCP, and Quality Control Guidelines.
* Must be task oriented and a self-starter with ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
* Experience in equipment mechanics, electrical wiring, and motors.
* Must be able to work flexible hours as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, aggressive, results oriented environment.
* Practical use of Mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic principals.
* Use of the computer and computer software (including Microsoft Office Systems) to
communicate, research, and analyze data.
* Understand the principal of the machinery and the total process.
