Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI) is searching for an experienced talent acquisition professional to drive a dynamic recruitment function, in addition to playing a role across relevant talent and culture initiatives. We are looking for someone eager to learn and tell the BPI story, attracting exceptional candidates to the unique opportunity they’ll have to grow with us and make an impact on our culture and business.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for helping us identify, attract, and hire high-potential team members, as you’ll spend 60%-80% of your time on talent acquisition. You will ensure our recruitment approach aligns with company goals and, importantly, reinforces our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. You will have an opportunity to think holistically about our employer brand, including our online presence, external partnerships and marketing efforts, as well as touch a variety of internal initiatives and special projects. This role requires someone energized by new challenges, uniquely skilled in connecting with a variety of people and personalities at all levels of experience, and adept at building strong partnerships with senior leadership.

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role to include but not limited to a targeted base salary range of $75,000 – $115,000 and an annual discretionary bonus, and generous benefits. Actual base and bonus compensation will be determined by a wide variety of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and other qualifications.
