Growing Girl’s import apparel company seeking senior level Production Management Associate for daily communication to factories in our multiple category lines which include sportwear, occasion dresses, swimwear, sweaters, denim and sleepwear.
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily communication with factories on all production related matters
- Managing the life cycle of assigned styles in production with Production Manager and VP of Sourcing
- Communicate retailer requirements to factories – labeling, packing, ticketing, hanging, marketing.
- Review and tracking of submits and production status with vendors and internal stake holders
- Track all testing for compliance of products and factories
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 3-5 years experience in Production of girls apparel
- Detail oriented
- Organized and very good follow up skills
- Sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable
- Self-starter
- Strong excel, power point and word skills
- Clear and thorough understanding of apparel product development and product cycle timelines
