Purpose of the Position:
Provides administrative and financial support to designated Private
Bankers in a high volume, deadline driven environment. This includes opening deposit products, preparing
loan origination documentation, servicing existing depository products and
processing client account requests. Supports
the Business Bankers in every aspect of customer servicing as needed.
Offers exceptional personal service and expertise to high net-worth
individuals, commercial clients and their related entities. The Private Banking Relationship Associate is
the key point of contact between the client and all areas of the bank and
ensures a positive customer experience is achieved through timely follow-up and
resolution to issues.
Fosters Broadway’s culture by collaborating with bank partners and
developing positive relationships within all areas of the organization.
Explores efficiencies with existing technology to improve processes
within the bank and embraces advancements in banking technology and internal
applications.
