Vice President of People & Culture

Salary: $160,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience
Terrific Vice President of People & Culture role with a rapidly growing social services nonprofit in NYC. As a key member of the management team, the VP of People & Culture will work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure strategic implementation of policies and procedures and the creation of equitable practices. The role will also be responsible for driving strategy related to organization wide HR initiatives including employee engagement, training & development, employee wellbeing, and talent acquisition. The VP role will require a strong understanding of change management, organizational effectiveness, and HR principles. Candidates should have approximately 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related preferred. Dynamic leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. Salary for this position is $160,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience.
