What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will plan, organize, and participate in design and implementation of Talent Acquisition projects/programs in support of strategic initiatives, including the evolution of hiring and onboarding, strategic sourcing, process improvement, and system implementations. You will be responsible for defining project objectives and deliverables, developing communication plans, defining team member roles, facilitating decision-making, and establishing and tracking measures of success. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, a cross-functional, cross-geographic team that partners to deliver stakeholder-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency.

Who You Are
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 and $130,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $130,000 and $150,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
