BrandX.com, Inc. Looking for Off-price Shipping & Logistics at New York City, New York Full Time

Our business is a high volume & a very fast pace environment. We are seeking a clothing Logistics Specialist to facilitate our processes so that our three (public) warehouse teams can work efficiently and effectively to get the goods out of the door.

Responsibilities: 

• Updating our system with regard to style information
• Order information / order management
• Receiving, picking, and shipping information
• Must have apparel operation experience 
• Work with the 3PL and other departments across the organization to meet customer ship windows
• Process different types of shipments 
• Route customers POs through different 3PL’s
• Assist customer service team with order status
• Review guidelines for new accounts
• Prepare shipping label for major and EDI customers(Handful)
• Creating UCC128 labels and documents (pick tickets, BOL, and packing lists)
• EDI experience with knowledge of EDI transactions (850,855,856,810 etc.)
• The majority of the shipping is NON-EDi.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-year experience in the Clothing of logistics and EDI customers
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, trouble-shooting, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Must be a detail-oriented, Team player.
• Excellent written and organizational skills.
