WHO YOU ARE
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) delivers a consistent, excellent customer experience for our brand, as well as lead, build and develop a team of customer service professionals. This candidate must be dynamic with attention to detail, efficient, and have a desire to help create systems and policies to support an exciting brand as we develop and grow.
