The Opportunity
BrandActive continues to grow and expand our business. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to support this growth initiative. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will focus on building an effective and efficient new business pipeline utilizing proven marketing strategies and techniques. This role requires expertise in B2B marketing, emphasizing thought leadership and content marketing to drive awareness and lead generation. You will manage one direct report, ensuring execution of our strategic marketing plan to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
In this role, you will play a key part in the planning and development our marketing strategy and tactical plan. You will be responsible for leveraging data and insights to understand qualified MQLs and create audience profiles and personas that meet BrandActive’s ideal client profile; encompassing both direct clients and agency partners. Working with our agency, copywriter and martech partners, you will develop quarterly plans grounded in performance data and actionable insights that the business can use to optimize our go-to-market strategy, value proposition, positioning, and service offerings. You will partner closely with the CMO to ensure BrandActive is well-positioned for growth among its competitive set. You will center all marketing activity around core business objectives and KPIs.
