What we need:The Lead Compensation Analyst at Brady will play a pivotal role within the compensation and benefits team. They will partner with leadership on program design and will spearhead the execution and administration of our global compensation and total rewards programs. This role entails managing the annual merit and bonus process in Workday, overseeing compensation structures, conducting in-depth analyses to drive strategic insights, and providing essential support to HR business partners worldwide.
This role reports directly to the Global Compensation & Benefits Director.
