Boulder Lake Lodge Looking for Lodge Chef at Boulder, Wyoming Full Time

Focused on having a memorable summer, keeping positive attitudes and enjoying the wind rivers Boulder Lake Lodge is looking to hire a cook for the upcoming 2022 season here in Boulder wyoming. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the restaurant business and be proficient in state and local food laws, ordinances, and guidelines. Cook will be responsible for Staff breakfast, lunches, dinners, guest meals, food prep, up-keeping safety and cleanliness measures as well as coordinating with necessary waitstaff and kitchen help. They will be expected to order through US foods(or other distributors) as well as maintaining the dining with the help of waitstaff. Room and board is provided, Pay depends on experience and availability. This position requires a flexible person and someone that loves the outdoors and doesn’t mind being alone. Amazing hiking, fishing and camping right out the back door! Big plus if you enjoy cooking in the backcountry occasionally! 1-2 days off a week. Season runs Mid May through late September.
