We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Analyst with Agile expertise to join our team.
The Product Analyst must be a customer-centric team member within the Client Team Product Portfolio who enjoys working with teams to deliver exceptional products to internal customers. Our Client Team Product Portfolio drives technical enablement of our client services processes and best practices. You will work within a squad and most directly with the Product Owner and other Product Analysts of that squad to help execute the ongoing development of a best-in-class pipeline management, costing and investment engine platform to support the work of our senior consulting staff as they go to market. You will coordinate closely with your Product Owner and other Analysts to stay aligned on business goals. You will also represent the voice of our customers, and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences. You will support in user story development and functional testing to continuously release improvements to our platform. This role will leverage strong collaborative decision-making and comprehensive problem-solving to deliver exceptional business requirements definitions.
The Product Analyst will also play an ownership role in our Support channel, including providing support to internal users with escalated issues of our client services platforms. You will help triage and investigate escalated issues and work with the development team to solution for fixes when required. The Product Analyst will be expected to identify support issue trends and work with the Product Owner to weave tool improvements into the backlog based on those trends.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
Deliver business results and customer value
Work to continuously deliver customer value each sprint as a member of the product squad
Working with the squad to deliver on specific and measurable KPIs
Act as a point of contact for escalations and ticket resolution
Follow support processes and good practices
Gather pertinent information to recreate end-user scenarios to resolve complex issues
Serve as the voice of customer or end-user
Always having a customer centric mindset first and foremost towards all work
Representing customer needs to ensure they are understood and integrated into the Squad’s work
Translating the voice and needs of customers into user stories, engaging with Product Owners and other Product Analysts on solutioning and ensuring user story will deliver value to end users
Driving analysis of user behavior and insights based on tool captured data
Completing thorough acceptance testing before the release of each sprint as the voice of our customers to ensure all development delivers value to our end users and/or stakeholders
Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements
Serving as a subject matter expert on product functionality for ClientView Change Team as questions arise on tool capabilities

Assist in the discovery of innovative solutions and enhancements as a participating member of our Client Services Product Portfolio
Keep current with new and emerging industry, functional, and technology trends
Enable the team’s ways of working
Owning and driving the escalated support process, triage, and drive best operating practices to ensure support is addressed in a complete and timely manner
Collaborating across teams and across business areas in the spirit of an Agile mindset.
Collaborate with team to define acceptance criteria and participate in agile meetings such as grooming, retro’s and planning
