In your role, you will own Change management, Communications, & Enablement for our core recruiting systems, driving adoption across the organization and helping users leverage our technology capabilities to their full potential. You will work closely with users (e.g., recruiters, recruiting leaders, hiring managers, interviewers,…) and HR Tribe members to deeply understand user needs and identify gaps in product knowledge. Based on those insights, you will develop and execute strategies to communicate product capabilities and make our users more effective and productive using our technology stack.

We are looking for a person to drive change across our core recruiting technologies, champion employee engagement & internal communications within the HR Tribe, and act as an ambassador and enabler of our new Agile ways of working.
The Change and Communications Manager brings deep Change Management knowledge, experience, and expertise in developing & delivering strong communications, a passion for recruiting and people-related topics, and a strong interest in the Agile mindset, principles, and ways of working. In this role, you will drive focus on two areas to support our change agenda within the recruiting squad:
