Mission Integrator, Senior

As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to support the design and implementation of space-based systems to deliver resilient, affordable, and sustainable space capabilities. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize Global Positioning Systems (GPS). You’ll develop your skills in developing and acquiring space systems while gaining experience with delivering sustained, reliable GPS capabilities to America’s warfighters, our allies, and civil users. Grow your skills by merging space vehicle development and acquisition to develop client solutions, assess technical designs, and test programs. You Have:
15+ years of experience with system engineering or integration with Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems
Experience with the DoD acquisition system
Experience with sustainment and capability enhancement of space systems
Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
Knowledge of service level concepts of operation and deployment of system capability
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
20+ years of experience with system engineering or integration with Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems
Experience with military space systems
Experience with space launch systems
Experience with DoD life cycle logistics in a sustainment organization
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies and practices
Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework and practices
Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
