Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, you’ll improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is your opportunity to use a human capital lens to examine client challenges and design strategies and plans to address while minimizing risk to mission execution. You will create meaningful, well written work products for clients that focus on the connection between their business or mission and people goals. Regularly interface with clients to assess human capital needs throughout the employee lifecycle and the effectiveness of existing programs. Leverage your consulting skills and expertise in multiple human capital disciplines, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, workforce and leadership development, and succession planning. Work with limited supervision when conducting analysis and drafting client ready products while leveraging a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to quickly develop, test, and refine concepts.
