Business Group Overview:

Private Wealth Solutions was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives. 

Job Title: Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions – Associate, Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing and communication efforts within Blackstone’s retail business.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition and servicing efforts for Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions.
• Partner with sales, business development, product heads and compliance to develop channel-specific marketing programs tailored to U.S and LatAm financial advisors and professionals.
• Execute data-driven, digital-focused campaigns to strengthen Blackstone’s reputation and advance business objectives.
• Create content for omnichannel marketing initiatives (emails, social media, downloadable pdfs, one-pagers, infographics and website/microsite content)
• Lead marketing strategies for product launches.
• Report to the Head of PWS Channel Marketing to ensure targets and metrics are properly established and met.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across audience segments to continue to evolve the client experience.
• Support the execution of Blackstone-hosted events and partner firm sponsorships.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in job offered or related occupations
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with U.S. and LatAm financial professionals.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience working across multiple departments and managing complex timelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and leading in-person or virtual events programs leveraging CVENT, Talkpoint or Eventfinity.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating and leading omnichannel marketing campaigns in financial services (events, emails, social)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using digital marketing tools such as Tableau, Pardot, Stensul, and Dreamweaver.
• Experience can be concurrent.

Certifications and Licenses:

• FINRA Series 7, SIE, and 63

Expected annual base salary range:

$145,000 – $155,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
