About this role
The Vice President of Digital Marketing will play a key role in accelerating the strategic vision and execution of the Aladdin marketing team. This person will be responsible for leveraging digital channels such as search engines, social media, email and websites to connect with prospective and current clients. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in engaging audiences at every stage of the buyer’s journey to increase conversion to opportunity and ultimately revenue.
They will have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, excelling in fast-paced work environments, and be a self-starter and strong collaborator and educator.
About Aladdin
Aladdin is a tech platform that unifies the investment management process for asset managers and owners, and other financial institutions. Aladdin drives collective intelligence across the most critical functions of the investment management process to inform business decisions. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will join a team of marketers who are passionate about performance, accelerating both marketing’s contribution to revenue and client success, and to our brand’s perception in the public and alternatives markets.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 3 days in the office each week, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week; some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities. Beginning in September, all employees will shift to at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. We remain focused on increasing the impactful moments that arise when we work together in person – aligned with our commitment to performance and innovation.
