Established Italian restaurant looking for a strong sous chef. This position will turn into the chef position. Must have prior sous position.
Strong sauté skill set required. Knowledge and understanding of food cost, labor cost, scheduling, inventory control, and ordering. Need to be well kept, this is an expo kitchen. We were voted #1 restaurant in Idaho by two different sources and top 10% in the world by TripAdvisor this last year. Expectations and standards are high. Owner is a chef and on site.
A yearly bonus and 1 week paid vacation comes with this position. We are located in a small historic mountain town with multiple ski areas and lots of outdoor activities.
