Black Tie Ski Rental Delivery in Telluride is now hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time winter seasonal positions for the 2023-24 ski season.
Seeking proactive and energetic individuals who share our love of the mountains and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a great team atmosphere and are passionate about providing impeccable customer service to our guests.
Duties include but are not limited to; delivering and fitting customers with ski/snowboard equipment at customer’s lodging, walk-in fittings, packing equipment for deliveries, assisting customers on-slope, picking up equipment, daily shop duties and helping to maintain our equipment. Applicants must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
Flexible scheduling is available but MUST be able to work weekends and Holidays.
Hourly compensation starts at $19-$25 per hour plus additional compensation which includes Tips (average salary including commissions and tips ranges from $25 to $35 per hour), Ski Pass, Industry Pricing on Equipment, Personal use of Shop Equipment and Tools, Family & Friend Discounts and End of Year Bonus based on hours worked and season completion. Upon completion of the season (4/1/2024) Black Tie Telluride will guarantee an average of $30/hr worked.
