We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketer and Brand Awareness Specialist to do our project. As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on brand awareness and sales generation.
Create compelling social media content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand identity, tone, and target audience.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Social media content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion.
Identify and leverage social media advertising opportunities to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, incorporating new techniques and trends into strategies as appropriate.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on brand awareness and sales.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
In-depth knowledge of social media advertising, targeting techniques, and campaign optimization.
Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging social media content.
Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign optimization.
