Job Description

1. Cash applications

2. Process customers credit card payments

3. Analyze customers accounts, send invoices and contact for prompt payment

4. Reseach and complete customers’ chargebacks

5. Create credit and debit memos

6. Enter all returns back to inventory

7. Create and send invoice shedule to factor

8. Work with factor in crefit approval

9. Assess all month-end reports for month-end closing

10. Reconcile monthly AR Aging Report to factor Aging Report

11. Proficiency with Excel 

12. Expereince with AS400 a plus
