As a Design Consultant, you will provide our clients with some of the most beautiful and functional custom draperies, shades, shutters, blinds, and other window-covering solutions. During your in-home sales consultation, you will guide clients, using a consultative sales approach, to design their dream window coverings. If you have experience with in-home sales, home remodeling sales, or interior design, we want to talk to you!

- Work from home – traveling to your in-home consultations
- Thorough 90-day training program on industry sales best practices, our products, and sales tools/processes to ensure you have the best opportunity for success
- Generous paid training of $2,600 a month plus commissionfor first 3 months
- Great schedule of Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday and Mondays off and one rotating Saturday each month)

YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3+ years of in-home sales or similar experience
- Experience with sales of home products
- Technology savvy
- Knowledge of window products is a huge plus!
- Valid Driver’s License
- Available transportation to courier samples to client’s homes
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
