The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role at our client as the team is often the first point of contact for external Talent. We are currently seeking a contract recruiter to support the team as the business grows. Team members focus on full, life-cycle recruiting, including proactively sourcing talent, screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring compliance actions are taken, advising on best practices, and negotiating and extending offers. As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategies, support posting and updating Success Factors, and coordinate scheduling with applicants and hiring managers as needed.
In this role, you will work as a subject matter expert in recruiting. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work with urgency, experience building prospect pipelines (sourcing), and an interest in process improvement with administrative support prowess. The market and recruiting needs are always changing. Talent Acquisition Partners are skilled and easily adapt to change. In this role, you will have Senior Talent Acquisition Partners as mentors. Depending upon the volume of open searches, your sourcing expertise will be utilized by all team members. This is a Hybrid work schedule for the Austin office.
What you’ll do:
· Actively source and support open searches building additional pipelines in the CRM
· Support diversity outreach on various job boards, i.e. Circa
· Review and qualify candidates for Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to submit to hiring managers
· Work with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners as they consult with hiring managers to provide recruiting expertise on all hiring initiatives through regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers
· Maintain an effective and positive relationship with all candidates as they progress through the recruiting process, communicating through all stages of the hiring process and providing closure as needed
· Understand candidate expectations early to ensure accurate information is shared with Talent Acquisition and we are able to meet the needs of a candidate during the offer stage
· Support administrative process with searches; opening requisitions, moving candidates in applicant workflow, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, initiating onboarding process
· Ensure appropriate administrative and compliance responsibilities are met during the life-cycle process
· Contribute new ideas and support process improvement needs
Qualifications What you bring:
· Bachelor’s degree or some college with equivalent applicable experience. Preferred education in marketing or sales
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting environment or marketing environment
· Preferred experience or exposure with a variety of competitive sourcing techniques, i.e. social media LinkedIn or Indeed
· Ability to work proactively and resourcefully with excellent communication and time management skills
· Understanding of US employment law, EEOC, and OFCCP practices; a strong dedication to upholding and expanding Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts within the recruiting process
· Experience with online Applicant Tracking Systems; Success Factors preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) with a high level of presentation skills and Excel reporting preferred
· Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
· Strong attention to detail
· Flexible to work in various disciplines or client groups
