Job Purpose
Responsible for setting the Human Resources (HR) strategy and leading the technical activities required to create an engaged and high performing workforce. Partner with the business to enable capabilities, unleash the necessary skills and resources to support and grow the bakery business in the US. This position carries with it the responsibility to recruit, hire, retain, develop and mentor team members in order to grow their capabilities. You’ll also leverage organizational design principles and develop our structure, process, culture, and ways of working to be efficient, fun, and results-oriented.
You will collaborate with the global team in Italy and the Americas Pasta team in Chicago. You’ll influence across the organization to help our team achieve business goals. You will also coordinate with Italy on any global reporting as needed. This position will be responsible for all talent attraction, performance management, labor costing and budgeting, learning culture with inclusion, and HR data.

Savvy Communicator with local, global, and external partners to build trust, be a change agent, take decisions, and resolve conflict as it arises.
What You Will Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s Degree Required: Human Resources or Business related field.
7-10 years of Generalist experience across leadership roles in human resources. May include rotational roles as a specialist (i.e. payroll, benefits, learning & development) in the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry. Start-up experience a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work, influence, problem solve and communicate at all levels of the organization
Proven track record in people management with demonstrative teambuilding and collaboration skills
Strong business acumen with an ability to mesh business needs with technical competencies
Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)
