We offer comprehensive tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting, empowering municipalities to optimize their inspection processes and move towards proactive pipeline maintenance. ITpipes’s highly configurable software allows for quick and efficient integration of pipe inspection data into a single source of truth that a municipality can use to plan maintenance activities.
We are in some of America’s largest cities, successfully moving their pipeline maintenance and rehab programs from reactive to predictive.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team and establish the Business Development function at ITpipes. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build ITpipe’s outbound sales strategy for the top-of-the-funnel. We are looking for a player-coach who can execute a high volume of reach-outs while also hiring and managing a team of BDRs, with a goal of exceeding sales meeting bookings targets. This person will work closely with the CEO to influence our vision for continued growth.
You will be responsible for developing processes, procedures, and metrics that define individual success on the team. The Business Development Lead is a highly visible role that involves close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
