Job Summary
The Transport Driver operates a tractor with a tanker trailer to pick up the product from the supplier and deliver to contracted facilities, following safety guidelines, industry regulations, as well as company protocols and procedures
Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety by following all industry standards and regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Perform safe loading and unloading procedures
- Conduct vehicle pre and post inspections to prevent damage / injury
- Complete pickups and deliveries at designated locations
- Log and maintain accurate driving and inspection logs, and other applicable reports
- Follow all local, state and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Maintain efficient communication with dispatch and other operation personnel
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have Class A License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
- Doubles / Triples endorsement
- Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card
- Must meet state and federal regulations and DOT requirements
- Acceptable driving record required
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to travel
- Prefer + years fuel transportation experience

- Ability to operate company vehicle(s) in a safe and efficient manner
- Able to perform all functions of job including lifting equipment and / or product up to pounds safely
