Back2Health Physical Therapy Looking for Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Business owner is in need of a personal & administrative assistant to assist with the day-to-day management of his personal calendar, podcast scheduling, marketing for his multiple companies, and general completion of clerical tasks. We are looking for someone available to work 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday and the occasional evening or weekend as needed. Our owner is both a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as an Entrepreneur of companies outside of the medical world. The ideal candidate can travel between both our Encino and Hollywood offices as needed.

We require the following qualifications:

• excellent customer service
• a polished appearance
• general office experience (reception or administrative)
• reliable transportation
• literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• flexibility to go to any of our four locations
• bilingual in Spanish, Farsi, Armenian, or Russian is a plus (but not required)
