Job Summary:

Babe Original is looking for a creative, motivated, and diligent Digital Designer to join its creative team as it expands to meet growing demands. A creative thinker who can develop and execute new concepts, layouts, and designs from conception to completion that adhere to timelines, brand standards, strategy, and product positioning.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help evolve and elevate Babe Original’s digital presence by updating designs for all online projects based on changing industry trends and standards.
• Work within brand standards to design emails, social media content, video ads, and more.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ideate, execute and optimize best-in-class creative.
• Ability to be resourceful; create new and exciting content with existing imagery and assets.
• Participate in Creative briefings and design discussions to understand and plan deliverables.
• Responsible for prioritizing work to meet deadlines and respond to critical business shifts.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all digital platforms.
• Leverage a digital and mobile-first mindset in design.
• Follow and uphold best practices for brand and email guidelines, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and standards.
• Able to receive feedback and follow art direction.

Experience / Abilities:

• 2-3 years of related experience with strong design/creative background; experience in creating for the digital space.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• UX experience a plus.
• Knowledge of all social media platforms, best practices, and latest trends.
• Discerning eye for typography, photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
• Proficient user of social media platforms.
• Retail creative marketing or agency experience preferred.
• Efficient time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Portfolio is a must to be considered for this role.
