Mission:
The Administrator-In-Training (AIT) role is intended to prepare proven leaders for an Executive Director position, overseeing an Azura community. The AIT Program is a part time, paid executive training program that runs approx. 6-12 months, depending on level of experience and industry knowledge. After successful completion of the AIT program you will accept an assignment as needed.
The primary responsibility of the AIT is to become familiar with the Standards of Practice for Administrators and achieving a level of competency in the oversight of all departments of the homes. You will assist the day-to-day functions of the homes. The Administrator In Training reports to an Regional Director of Operations (RDOO).
