OEM On-Site Dealer Auditor
Long Term Contract

The Dealer Auditor performs on-site audits at dealers located in the US Market. The Audit will include review of dealership practices relative to sales reporting, marketing incentives and allowances. These must comply with specific rules and policies. The Dealer Auditor will perform the fieldwork, write up findings, create/complete work-papers, provide supporting documentation and complete/submit final audit report.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Determining the compliance of these incentives, allowances and reporting with the rules and policies
· Constructing a concise, accurate and consistent audit report
· Presenting the audit findings
· Accurately and consistently track audits from notification to closing
· Relations with the Dealer, their personnel and field personnel must be cordial and viewed as fair and consistent with professional auditing standards.
· The selected candidate will rotate through annual on-site audits assigned to them
The successful candidate will possess:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3+ years of dealer audit experience or related
· CIA, CFE, certifications highly desired
· The ability to travel in the United States approximately 70% of the time annually
· Ability to work independently and unsupervised
· Ability to work some overtime as needed
· A questioning, creative, inquisitive attitude coupled with detailed knowledge of dealership operations and OEM Policies and Procedures
· In depth familiarity with Windows equipped laptop operations including scanning, remote printer operation, data manipulation and data transfer through the internet
· Solid computer skills and MS Excel experience
· The ability to deal with inconsistency, adversity, and change
· Well-developed oral and written communication skills
· Excellent Listening ability and verbal presentation along with written expression in the English language is a requirement in presenting audit results to Dealers and Management
· High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
· A strict focus on integrity based on solid ethics and values
