Job Description Our fast paced sales and manufacturing company seeks an energetic, motivated, and business savvy individual to serve our Office Administrator! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success by working closely with the company owner daily. We are a small woman-owned business with seemingly endless tasks to udertake, and the owner needs help! The primary responsibilities you can help her with are:
Responsibilities:
- Take on and administer HR and Accouting responsibilities in keeping the schedule set by the owner
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events for the downtown factory
- Book lodging and flights for all company travel
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and reply to e-mails
- Manage all security clearance requirements for company field techs
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a small business office administration or other related fields
- Previous experience with Quick Books
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills with the full Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to climb stairs
- Must be a dog lover (office mascot is a 90-lb lab)
