Job Summary |
The Central Office of Information Technology (OIT) at Auburn University is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Applications Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will be a front-end ReactJS developer that will build and support supplemental webpages for the University’s Ellucian Banner ERP system. In this role, you will work with Business Analysts and occasionally meet with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and documentation of webpages and must possess strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking approach. Additionally, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with clients and colleagues to ensure project success. Working onsite is a requirement of the job. May work up to 2 days hybrid remote in local area with supervisor’s approval. Minimum Qualifications |
Area of Experience: Front-end web developer in a business or university setting; working knowledge in an Object Orient Programing language, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and development using relational databases. This position is posted at two levels for Applications Analyst: Associate Applications Systems Analyst (MA26) High school diploma + 9 years of experience Associate’s degree + 5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience Salary Grade: $49,100-$83,500 Typical starting salaries are between $60,567 and $72,033 Application Systems Analyst (MA27) High school diploma + 11 years of experience Associate’s degree + 7 years of experience Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience Salary Grade: $55,300-$94,000 Typical starting salaries are between $68,200 and $81,100 |
