His/her mission is to grow one or several Atos client accounts across the Sub Industry * The executive in charge of one or more account(s), supervising a community of CEPs for that or those account(s)* Key Responsibilities include* client portfolio* drive innovation* customer centricity* delivery excellence* attracting /developing talentYour Life at Atos: * Customer Management- Planning, Selling and Delivery * Construct and reinforce relationship with customers * Be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization * Be accountable for account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery * Develop fertilization and farming actions on his/her account(s) to feed growth strategy*

  • Help Sub Vertical Leader / GCEP in implementing the Account Plan, growth strategy and ambition for his/her client(s)* Portfolio development * Contribute to the development of new products through the identification of customer needs * Co-develop new Industry-specific solutions with customers and CEP (for local accounts)* People Management* leading and functionally managing a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive, Program Managers)What will make you successful/or “Your X Factor”:* Visionary and thought leadership for the client’s business * Track record and passion for quarter-on-quarter profitable growth * Establishing long term client executive relationships * Nurturing talent both leadership as well as techno-functional * Cultivating growth mindset across the portfolio (including delivery teams)* Differentiating Atos amongst the competition through proactive leverage of Atos’ strengths * Exemplary planning & executionYour Expertise: * Education: Bachelors of Engineering, MBA (preferred)* Years of Experience: 10 +* Minimum Required Skills:Managing $20M + portfolio, Manufacturing Domain Experience, Client Demand Creation led sales * Preferred Skills:Leadership, Client Executive Relationships, Written & Oral Communications, Large Deals Management * Certifications: Digital (Cloud), Industry / Domain certificationsRequirements:* Travel Requirements:The job requires travel across NA especially for key client relationships * More than 10 years of experience in client relationship management * Should have managed more that $20M portfolio with overall P&L management. * Good handle on Digital Business especially Cloud, System Integration and Applications Development & Support * Experience in building and leveraging alliance relationships at account level * Experience in crafting account strategies and measuring the business success aligned to the strategy for the each account#LI-US #LI-REMOTEHere at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
