Job Description
As the US E-commerce Manager based at our NYC office, you’ll oversee the end-to-end US customer journey with accountability for ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints and delivery against business performance targets.
This is a dynamic, high impact role where your responsibilities will span a variety of crucial areas including experience strategy, site merchandising, customer proposition, and day-to-day site management to support the sales forecast and close performance gaps.
You’ll be the expert in on-site consumer behaviour, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify the levers and actions to take, across different parts of the experience, to achieve business objectives. You’ll also lead the strategy and execution of site updates, events, campaigns and launches, partnering closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, planning, pricing, etc.) to deliver an optimised experience.
