The TALENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION SPECIALIST will be a central figure between all of ARS’s divisions and perform many HR administrative tasks. Working under the Human Resource Generalist, this role will manage the recruitment and employee relations for our mechanical division and body shop. This position will be our main “cheerleader” among staff internally, and externally to applicants while promoting our WE LEAD principles and core values. Duties will include but are not limited to:
