Position Summary:
Arkansas State University is seeking a Dissertation Mentor to work with Doctor of Education students as they develop and complete dissertations. This position will work remotely as a part-time employee mentoring doctoral candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Earned Ph.D. or Ed.D. from a regionally accredited university
Preferred qualifications:
* A minimum of five years experience in a K-12 leadership position for students working in the k-12 system, or a minimum of five years experience administrative experience for higher education candidates.
* A minimum of two years of experience chairing doctoral dissertations with the completion of at least six doctoral candidates.
* Experience working in an online environment with a diverse group.
