Responsibilities
• Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Managing the online presence and brand of a company. Social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to allow businesses to engage with the public.
• Assist in website design and development, coordinate the design and functionality of a company website, working alongside web developers and web designers and coordinating the process.
• Responsible for website/social media content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
• Propose new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Responsible to copy write for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaborations in promotional activities.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma/ Bachelor from related discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing
• Experience in optimizing landing pages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with WordPress
• Familiar with marketing tools: SEO, SEM
• Familiar with the social media: WhatsApp, FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram…
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to work independently in dynamic working environment
• Stay up to date with all new digital trends and technologies in the commercial world.
• Experience in video editing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
